Olympic Peninsula Summer Research--Ecology

Narwhal News would like to thank my team leader - Biologist -J., whom will remain annonymous and the other student research assistants on our team for a most out-standing summer! We seined (net) wilderness beaches and river channels of the North Olympic Peninsula doing fish surveys and water quality studies. How I loved identifying the little baby juvenile fish. It is evident how hard the work is and how much fun we had. What a wonderful experience through Peninsula College and the Elwha River Project. Yahoo!!

I am pleased to be involved in other research projects during the coming year while at Peninsula College.

Stay tuned and there will be some pictures in the next post.
